Online Facial is provided by Annazur LLC (ANNAZUR Organic Beauty Spa), a licensed cosmetology salon in the State of Florida, licence CE10016310. The skincare plan itself is prepared by Ruzanna Tikhova, a Florida-licensed esthetician (DBPR licence FB9762858).

What we collect

  • From the form and the chat: your name, phone number, email address, the text of your message and the page the request came from.
  • From the questionnaire before the consultation: photos and video of your face, and information about your skin, concerns, allergies and any products or medication you use. This is health information, and we treat it as especially sensitive.
  • Technical data: your IP address and ordinary web server logs. There are currently no analytics tools or advertising pixels on this site.
  • A language cookie: a small file in your browser that remembers which language you chose. It does not track you and is not shared with anyone.

Why we use it

To answer your request, hold the consultation, build and send you your skincare plan, and answer your questions about it. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for anyone else’s advertising.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run the site and stay in touch with you. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

  • InstaWP and Cloudflare — website hosting and page delivery.
  • Railway — the server that receives form requests and chat messages.
  • Supabase — the database that stores chat conversations.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — the model that writes the chat assistant’s replies. The text of your message is sent to it.
  • Twilio — sends us the SMS notification about your request.
  • Google — the mailbox your request arrives in, and the questionnaire before the consultation (Google Forms).
  • Vagaro — the booking system for consultations.
  • WhatsApp and Telegram — if you choose to message us there.

Some of these services run on servers in the United States. If you contact us from the European Union, your data will be transferred outside the EU — by sending a request you agree to that.

Photos and video

Photos and video are used only to assess the condition of your skin. We keep them for up to 12 months — so that if you come back we can compare how your skin has changed — and then delete them. We do not publish your photos and do not use them in marketing without your separate written consent. You can ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

Calls and messages

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may text or call you about your request. We do not send marketing campaigns to that number. To stop hearing from us, reply STOP or just tell us.

How long we keep the rest

Requests and correspondence: up to 3 years, so we remember your history with us. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete sooner, we will — except for anything we are required by law to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing we do conflicts with it — we run no advertising trackers.

About your health

A skincare plan is a cosmetic recommendation, not medical care. It does not replace seeing a doctor and is not a diagnosis. If you have painful inflammation, a mole that has changed, or you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medication, discuss your routine with a doctor first. The chat assistant’s answers are for general information.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
