What do I get for $349?
You receive a facial skincare routine built specifically for you, which includes:

- 2 days of follow-up questions after you receive your plan.

Are the products included in the price?
No. You pay for the skin review and for the routine itself. After the consultation Ruzanna names the specific products and sends links to where to buy them — you buy them yourself, wherever suits you.
That is deliberate: we don’t sell products and take no commission on them, so the routine contains what suits your skin rather than what pays us best. It also says what to start with and what can be added later — you don’t have to buy everything at once.
What happens next — do I pay again?
The plan is a one-time service: you receive it and use it for as long as you need. If you later want your skin reviewed again and the routine adjusted, that is a separate consultation and a separate payment — the same way a visit to an esthetician works.
The Extended plan is the exception: it already includes 3 months during which you send photos, Ruzanna sees how your skin is responding and adjusts the routine. Nothing extra to pay in those three months.
What if the products don’t suit me?
The routine is built around your skin type and its current condition, including how you tolerate ingredients. If something causes a reaction, message us and we’ll swap it out.
How do I know this routine will suit me?
Before anything is written you fill in a detailed questionnaire and send photos and video of your skin. The routine is built from that, not from generic advice.
Do I have to buy every product at once?
No. The routine says what to start with and what can be added later, so you can buy gradually.
I’ve never had a skincare routine — will I manage?
Yes. Every product comes with instructions: how much, when and how to apply it. The routine is laid out day by day — you just follow it.
Can the routine be changed if something doesn’t work for me?
Yes. On the Extended plan, adjustments are part of the 3 months of support.
